After all in many cases the lessee is a resident in the building that the services are provided to. When such disputes arise, they can become lengthy protracted, heated and expensive. Without the service charge income stream being paid in full and on time, a development can literally grind to a halt! Bills don’t get paid and services don’t get provided and the residents get disgruntled. As every property manager knows, the life blood of any property development is the service charge payments.
